Description
Matthew Smith – The Flexibility Toolkit
*There Is More Than One Type Of Flexibility*
– The The idea of flexibility has been destroyed. Most people have lost their flexibility, from passive to active to dynamic to static, in an effort to simplify and isolate.
– The Mobility & Flexibility Toolkit This course is for anyone who wants a better understanding of how to increase range and motion. We cover the whole spectrum of passive to active control in order to be able actively control our joints through full range. However, we do this easily without any need to warm up. Our goal is to be able to control our entire range of motion as soon as we wake up each morning. The It should be.
– Flexibility can be described as the ability to bend easily and not break. This requires a variety of tools to build strength and motor control throughout the body. —Don’t expect endless foam rolling or passive work. Instead, focus on mobility flows and short-term increases in range. We are here for long-term success and will only use the most effective tools for the job.
-If you do the job right, you will only have to do this once.
