✨Overview✨
Everybody has a daily self with which they identify. What if there is more than meets the eye? What if there were an expanded version within us that includes the habitual patterns and lost parts, as well as the innate organization? And what if it also connects to the infinite, vast space of the universe and all the possibilities it has for us?
This workshop will offer each individual an opportunity to be with the thought and movement patterns that run our lives and show up in our body, mind, and spirit.
Many of our routine behaviors are so well-known that we don’t notice them. We may not be thriving the way we want. It is possible that we have lost our connection with each other, the planet and ourselves, which can cause distress and discomfort. But in actuality, we have a wealth of inner resources that we can learn to activate and use to our advantage to access health and well-being.
We will learn:
- The HUMANUAL version includes support, suspension, breath, and a HUMANUAL version.
- How trauma and overwhelm can interfere with a sense of well-Being the full expression of our life force.

- How to recognize your habitual thoughts and movements that hinder you from experiencing your full Self in body and mind.
- How to unlock your potential by finding the support you need from the ground. Also, how trauma and overwhelm can hinder this process.

We explore:
- Our inherent design allows you to fully oxygenate your system, allowing you to feel more awake and present.
- How to handle overwhelming situations and manage stress that can prevent you from having a happy, fulfilling life.
